DEFINITIONS
‘Customer’, ‘Driver’, ‘Hirer’ and ‘You’ refers jointly andseverally to those who are the Customers.
'Agreement' means your Booking Form submission, the Rental Agreement andthese Terms & Conditions.
‘Booking’ is the confirmed reservation of a motorhome hire following thepayment of the Booking Deposit and/or full balance for the Rental Period.
‘Booking Deposit’ means the £250 Non-Refundable booking payment required to secure your travel dates.
‘Customer' means the person or persons nominated as the Hirer on theRental Agreement.
‘GO Forth!’ means Go Forth Motorhome Hire Ltd, 27 Woodend Place,Cowdenbeath, FIFE KY4 8EE
‘Insurance Criteria’ is our 6 point checklist which all Drivers must satisfybefore making a Booking.
[SEE ‘DRIVERS’]
‘Inventory’ means items provided for use during your Rental Period to maximisecomfort and safety including, but not limited to, bedding, camping equipment,cutlery, fire blanket/extinguisher, motorhome levelling blocks, safetyequipment, towels, utensils.
'Living Equipment' includes, but is not limited to, Fridge/Freezer, Gas BurnerStove, Gas Oven/Grill, TV/DVD player, Radio/USB stereo, Toilet, Shower, Sinkand other such items as stated on the Inventory.
'Motorhome’ means the vehicle stated on the Rental Agreement, including LivingEquipment and Inventory items.
‘Overhead Damage’ is deemed as any damage sustained to any part of the vehicle,its equipment and or any third party property which occurs above 6 feet (1.83metres) in height measured from the ground upwards.
‘Rental Period' means the hire period as stated on the Rental Agreement duringwhich the Vehicle is in the Customer's control, possession and responsibility.
‘Security Deposit' means the amount held by GO Forth! as security and/or damagecost recovery.
'Vehicle' means the vehicle stated on the Rental Agreement, including LivingEquipment and Inventory items.
'Vehicle Induction' is the handover process during which the Rental Agreementis signed and you are shown how to use all Motorhome Systems safely. Pleaseallow at least one hour for this when collecting the vehicle.
ACCIDENTS
In the event of any accident, loss or damage arising out of the use of thevehicle, You will:
Acknowledge that the excess or other amount due by you in respect of any damagearising from an accident, loss or damage is payable at the time of reportingthe event and not at the completion of the Rental Period, regardless of whichparty is at fault.
Assist GO Forth! in handling any claim arising from any event, includingproviding all relevant information and attending Court to give evidence.
Complete an Accident Report Form, as supplied.
Not make any admission of liability to other parties, settlement offer or otherlike offer.
Notify GO Forth! of the event happening within 24 hours.
Obtain the names and addresses of third parties and any witnesses and reportthe event to the nearest police station.
Pay for any costs relating to recovery of the Vehicle.
No Security Deposit or insurance excess will be refunded until claim issettled.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
A Booking is only binding after it has been confirmed by GO Forth! followingpayment of a £250 non-refundable booking deposit.
Payment is accepted by cash, bank transfer, credit card [Visa/MasterCard only]and debit cards.
Settlement of the remaining balance will be due six weeks prior to departureand GO Forth! reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is notreceived six weeks prior to departure.
For late bookings, where the departure is within 6 weeks, the full rental priceis required to confirm your booking. Our Terms & Conditions, includingCancellation Policy, apply from this point onwards. [SEE ‘CANCELLATION POLICY’]
Once the Booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent out to theHirer.
GO Forth! also reserves the right to increase the Booking Deposit for certainevents.
The Hirer agrees that GO Forth! is irrevocably authorised to complete anydocumentation and to take any other action to recover from the debit or creditcard issuer all amounts due by the Hirer pursuant to this Agreement, includingbut not limited to those outlined in the [SEE ‘RENTAL & OTHER CHARGES’]section.
The Hirer will not dispute liability to GO Forth! for any amount due under thisAgreement and shall indemnify, and keep GO Forth! indemnified, against any lossincurred (including legal costs) by reason of notifying the debit or creditcard issuer of such dispute.
The Hirer acknowledges that all transactions under this Agreement are conductedin Pounds Sterling. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, there could be somevariance between the amount initially debited against the credit or debit cardand the amount refunded within 7 days after the expiration of the RentalAgreement. The Hirer releases GO Forth! from any liability for such variation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
> 6 weeks beforehire: 25%of total hire cost or Booking Deposit, whichever is greater
6 weeks - 4 weeks before hire: 50% of total hire charge
4 weeks - No Show: 100% of total hire charge
A No Show is deemed as the Hirer not presenting themselves on the first day ofthe Rental Period to collect the Vehicle and not communicating with GO Forth!in advance they will be collecting the Vehicle at an alternative date/time tothat of their Booking. Should the hire be deemed a No Show, the booking will beautomatically cancelled at close of business that day and no refunds what soever will be due.
GO Forth! reserves the right to amend our cancellation policy for certainevents.
GO Forth! may offer to postpone your booking as analternative to cancellation. The postponed booking date must be agreed at thetime of cancellation and rescheduled within 12 months of the original bookingdate. Postponement is entirely at the discretion of GO Forth! and postponedbookings are non-refundable.
CAR PARKING
GO Forth! has 1 vehicle parking space and allows the Hirer to leave theirvehicle parked onsite for the duration of their motorhome hire, free of charge,as long as:
The Hirer does so at their own risk; GO Forth! will not be held liable for anydamage caused to their vehicle whilst on site.
The Hirer locks and secures their vehicle, removing any personal items on show.
The Hirer retains custody of their vehicle keys.
DRIVERS
The driver(s) must satisfying the following 6 Insurance Criteria;
- You are aged between 25 - 75 years old in the hire period.
- You have held a full UK driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
- You have not had your license suspended for any period within the last threeyears.
- You have not been involved in more than one at fault incident within the lastthree years.
- You have no more than two convictions with a maximum of three points perconviction.
- You do not have either a BA, DD or UT conviction.
All drivers must have a valid licence that entitles them to drive a UK CategoryB vehicle up to 3500KG Gross Max Weight. Endorsements on licences must bedeclared at the time of booking and must satisfy our 6 Insurance Criteria.
All Drivers must produce a full, valid standard driver's licence, 2 acceptableproofs of address dated within 90 days of hire and must be present during theVehicle Induction, with no exceptions. Copies will be taken of allidentification presented and will be retained for 3 years for the purpose of,but not limited to, the defence of any legal claim(s). Should any Driver failto present all correct documentation and identification prior to collection ofthe motorhome, or do not meet the driver requirements stated in the Terms &Conditions, then GO Forth! will be unable to release the motorhome and norefunds will be given.
You will be required to provide GO Forth! with a valid driving license checkwithin 21 days of your hire start date. This can be obtained here for UKresidents; https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. If it is found that your driving license record does not reflect that of your Booking Form submission, or subsequently now breaches one of our 6 Insurance Criteria, then your hire will be cancelled and no monies will be returned to you.
For non-UK residents, we require a copy of your passport inlieu of a driving license check code.
If you have a modern Northern Ireland licence, we require both the photocardand paper counterpart. All drivers who licences are issued outside of the EU or Commonwealth are required to contact us before submitting a booking request.
Drivers are personally liable for all legal penalties, for example; parking tickets, congestion charges, speeding fines, which are incurred during theperiod of hire.
No refund will be given if the hire is cancelled because we are unable to insure you to drive.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You warrant that all information supplied by you to GO Forth! in connectionwith this agreement is true.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and there are noother oral undertakings, warranties or agreements between the parties relatingto the subject matter of this agreement.
GO Forth! reserves the right to add or amend the vehicle specifications andrental charges without prior notice. This Agreement does not affect yourstatuary rights under civil law and this Agreement shall be governed by the lawof Scotland.
In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and anyother GO Forth! literature, the provisions of these Terms & Conditionsapply.
EXCESS DAMAGE WAIVER INSURANCE
GO Forth! do not offer excess damage waiver insurancehowever we strongly advise Hirers to consider taking out this insurance fromone of the many providers on the market such as Questor Insurance,icarhireinsurance.com or reducemyexcess.com.
Whilst your liability still remains payable to GO Forth! inthe event of an accident or damage, these insurance products can allow you tomake a claim to have all or part of your excess refunded via them.
HIRE RATES INCLUDE:
Unlimited mileage
UK standard vehicle insurance for two drivers*
UK Standard equipment & breakdown**
All prices quoted in the Agreement are gross prices.
*Subject to satisfying our Insurance Criteria [SEE ‘DRIVERS’]. If an additionalpremium is required by our Insurer, for example a Driver has more than 1insurance and/or certain convictions, these will be passed onto the Hirer.
**GO Forth! supply full breakdown cover to cover any mechanical faults to thebase chassis of the motorhome. Any breakdown/recovery costs as a result ofHirer error for example, but not limited to, flat battery, locked keys inmotorhome, low/wrong additive or fuel, tyre puncture, will be theresponsibility of the Customer.
INSURANCE
The vehicle insurance is arranged by Markerstudy and is on the provision thatall personal information supplied by You is correct.
The insurance only covers damage to the exterior of the motorhome in the eventof any accident with a 3rd party or property and excludes Overhead Damage,which is deemed as wilful negligence. Interior furniture and fittings, as wellas any additional items as outlined within the Inventory, are not covered forany loss or damage. These items will be charged at a cost of replacement andany related costs associated with the replacement. These costs may be more thanthe Security Deposit paid and must be paid in full.
The vehicle is insured for the agreed period of hire only. If you return thevehicle late, you will not be insured and you may be committing a trafficoffence under the Road Traffic Act. You must notify GO Forth! by telephone inadvance if you are going to be late returning the Vehicle. Late return feesapply (SEE ‘MOTORHOME COLLECTION & RETURN’).
You are not covered for damage to your own personal property; we stronglyrecommend that you take out personal travel insurance to cover your ownpossessions.
Only persons named on the Rental Agreement are insured to drive the vehicle.
No insurance cover is offered for Overhead Damage, any internal damages, ordamages caused by gross negligence, therefore the Hirer accepts fully liabilityfor these which is in addition to the standard vehicle excess, should thatapply.
Damage resulting from the use of cooking/heating appliances, a 25% excess ofthe total claim will apply, subject to a minimum excess of £1000.
Insurance exclusions, for which You will be totally liable for all costs, andindemnify GO Forth!, include;
Any claim if the vehicle was being used in contravention to these Terms &Conditions.
Any costs resulting from the improper use of the vehicle.
Damage caused to the canopy of the vehicle by trees, barriers or bridges etc.
Damage to or replacement of rear bumpers, rear light cluster, side skirtplastics, awnings, wing mirror casings, exterior running light, habitationwindows, skylight windows.
Damage to the interior of the vehicle (including cigarette burns, spillages,marking), living or cooking equipment, blinds, floor, table-tops and kitchenwork surfaces.
Damage to the vehicle or third party property caused through a reversingmanoeuvre or impact caused by tail swing of the vehicle.
Damage to tyres by punctures, cuts or bursts, damage or loss to in-vehicleentertainment systems.
Damage to windows or a windscreen.
The cost of repairing any damage caused by wilful misconduct (e.g. sitting onthe roof).
The cost of replacing lost or stolen keys, or keys which have been locked inthe Vehicle.
The cost to retrieve or recover a vehicle that has become bogged.
The damage excess, £1000, is applicable regardless of who is at fault and willonly be refunded if we are successful in recovering the cost of the damagesfrom the third party.
Theft as a result of keys remaining in the vehicle whilst it is unoccupied.
Theft involving deception.
In the event of an insurance claim, You must provide full and accurateinformation in line with the disclosure requirements of the insurer. In theevent of the vehicle insurance being invalidated because of a breach of thisprovision, You will be responsible for payment in full, and indemnifying GOForth!, of all losses, fines, expenses, costs and damages either party sufferor incur as a result.
The Vehicle is insured for theft but does not include any personal insurancefor the Hirer(s) or passengers, including death or bodily injury, or cover anypersonal possessions. The hire rate quoted includes a standard excess of£1000.00 per accident, reported incident or Vehicle theft. In the event of anydamage to either the vehicle or third-party property, regardless of fault, theHirer will be liable for the first £1000.00 per claim. In the event of thetheft of the Vehicle, the Hirer will be liable for the full cost of theVehicle. Once a theft has been reported to both GO Forth! and the police, aclaim will be lodged with the Insurer and the keys must be returned to GOForth!. Should the Insurer accept the claim and agrees to reimburse GO Forth!for the cost of the Vehicle, the liability to the Hirer will reduce to thefirst £1000.00 of the claim, which is our excess cost. If the keys are NOTreturned to GO Forth!, the Insurer will not accept the claim and liability forthe full cost of the Vehicle will remain with the Hirer.
MAINTENANCE
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of Diesel, AdBlue (whererequired), Coolant and Windscreen fluid. It is the responsibility of the Hirerto check and replenish these levels throughout the hire period. GO Forth! willnot be held responsible should you run out of any of these during your hire.The Hirer will be liable for any costs associated with allowing the engine oil,coolants or AdBlue to run empty and cause damage to the vehicle’s engine. Anycosts associated with the incorrect use of fuel will also be that of theHirers.
All GO Forth! Motorhomes run on DIESEL.
The Hirer acknowledges that GO Forth! will reimburse them for expenditure up to£50.00 reasonably incurred in rectifying any mechanical failure to the drivetrain and engine of the Vehicle (not including the water system, refrigerator,heating, audio and TV/DVD equipment), provided the Hirer produces relevantreceipts and has received the prior consent of GO Forth! for work to beundertaken.
MINIMUM HIRE
Minimum Hire ranges from 3 to 7 nights, depending on the season. GO Forth!reserves the right to increase the minimum hire period for certain events.
MOTORHOME COLLECTION & RETURN
COLLECTION
Please allow 1 hour for the Vehicle Induction. All Drivers need to be presenton collection of the motorhome, bringing their full valid licence forinspection as well as a credit or debit card for the £1000 Security Deposit,which must be paid prior to the release of the Vehicle.
GO Forth! will make every effort to have your motorhome ready for thecollection time you have selected, however GO Forth! cannot guarantee that yourvehicle will be ready for this time. Should this be the case, no refunds willbe due to you, there will be no extension of your hire, and the motorhome willstill be required to be returned in accordance with the details set out below.If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the Motorhome is not available,for example damage by the previous hire, our liability is limited to therefunds of all monies paid by you.
You will acknowledge receiving the Vehicle in a clean condition and in soundworking order, in accordance with the Vehicle Condition Inspection checklist,and with full diesel and AdBlue tanks (where required). A full 6KG LPG gasbottle is provided free of charge for each hire, and the fresh water tanklow/empty. We can fill this up for you before departure, upon request.
LATE RETURN
GO Forth! must be advised immediately if you expect to return the vehicle late.Failure to advise GO Forth! may result in prosecution for driving whilstuninsured. An additional charge of £25 per 15-minute increment of the hour willbe payable for all Late Returns. Any additional premiums required by ourinsurer to extend the Hirer’s insurance will be payable by the Hirer anddeducted from the Security Deposit and/or pursued for.
LOST PROPERTY
It is the Hirers responsibility to make sure that all personal possessions& rubbish are removed from the vehicle. The vehicle may be going back outagain on hire that same day. GO Forth! will contact the Hirer if items arefound/handed in, but cannot be held liable for total loss of any item orpossession not returned. We will store any found item 2 weeks before disposalor passing on to charity or disposing of them.
RETURN
The Vehicle must be returned on the correct date and before the time stated onthe Rental Agreement. The Hirer will be liable for the full Security Depositamount should they abandon the vehicle without agreement from GO Forth!. Pleaseallow 30 minutes for the hand-over at GO Forth!. Vehicles must be returnedundamaged, with a full tank of diesel, empty waste water and toilet cassetteand the interior clean and in the same condition as they left the premises,otherwise a charge will be taken from your Security Deposit for additionalValeting and/or Upholstery cleaning.
In addition, a separate toilet cleaning fee of £100 will be deducted from yourSecurity Deposit should the toilet cassette not be empty and cleaned upon return.Please note there are no toilet emptying facilities at GO Forth!, so this mustbe emptied prior to return.
You acknowledge that GO Forth! will not refund to you any monies if the Vehicleis returned early or you cease to have use of the Vehicle or an item ofequipment prior to the return date for any reason; for example, accident,damage, theft or weather.
MOTORHOME SYSTEMS
GO Forth! will carry out a full Vehicle Condition Inspection (VCI) on themotorhome before the commencement of hire. The VCI involves testing everysystem on board the motorhome to ensure they are operating correctly. Inconjunction with this, the Hirer will be given a full Vehicle Induction and beshown how all systems work. Should an onboard system fail during your hire, GOForth! will make every effort to remedy the fault whilst you are away, but insome circumstances this may not be possible. GO Forth! cannot be heldresponsible and will not refund any monies should a loss of service beencountered, nor have any obligation to provide a replacement vehicle. In thecase of winter hire, GO Forth! will not be held responsible in the event of anydamage or inconveniences caused by freezing conditions. This is theresponsibility of the Hirer.
OPENING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 3pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed,unless by prior arrangement.
Last collection time for all vehicles is 1 hour prior to closing to allow forthe Vehicle Induction.

PASSENGERS & CHILD SEATS
GO Forth! authorises the use of these vehicles up to the stated number ofpassengers. Each person is to use the safety restraints provided at all timeswhilst the vehicle is in motion. Carrying more than the specified number ofpassengers is against the law and in breach of this Agreement.
Child seats can be provided by GO Forth! but it is the responsibility of theHirer to ensure that appropriate child seats are made available to children wholegally require them. Children up to 12 years of age or 135cm in height, whichever they reach first, must use the correct child restraints appropriate fortheir weight/height under UK law. Please note, only two of the rear passengerseats have 3 point forward facing seatbelts.
PAYMENT OF CHARGES, JOINT AND SEVERAL LIABILITY
All charges and expenses payable by the Hirer under this Agreement are due ondemand by GO Forth!. If charges are not paid on time, the Hirer agrees to payinterest at 1.5% per month above the base rate as published by HSBC onoutstanding balances and any additional costs incurred by GO Forth!, includingreasonable legal fees to recover the outstanding money owed. When the Hirercomprises of more than one person, each person is liable jointly and severallyfor all obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
PETS
GO Forth! Have a number of pet-friendly motorhomes.
Pets can travel with you provided;
They are not left in the vehicle unattended at any time.
They are not allowed on any of the soft furnishings or upholstery includingbeds.
The vehicle is returned in a clean and tidy condition, as if a pet was neverpresent.
You agree to cover the cost of all damage caused by a pet, even if it exceedsthe Security Deposit.
RELEASE AND INDEMNITY OF GO Forth!
Subject to its obligation to deliver the Vehicle, you release GO Forth! fromany liability to you, regardless of fault, for any loss or damage incurred byyou by reason of this Agreement, including but not limited to:
Any loss or damage caused by breakdown, mechanical defect, accident or theVehicle being unsuitable for purpose.
Any loss or damage to any property left in or on the Vehicle.
Subject to any insurance arrangements agreed with GO Forth!, You herebyindemnify and shall keep indemnified GO Forth!, against any claims, demands andexpenses (including legal costs) incurred or sustained by them by your useand/or possession of the Vehicle.
RENTAL & OTHER CHARGES
You will pay GO Forth!:
All rental charges, noting that the £250 Booking Deposit isnon-refundable.
The £1000 Security Deposit.
The valeting/upholstery cleaning fees if the Vehicle is not returned with theinterior in a clean condition.
The fee of £100.00 if the toilet cassette is not emptied prior to the return ofthe Vehicle.
The cost of refilling the Diesel if not returned full.
The Late fee of £25 per 15 minute increment of the hour should the vehicle bereturned after the agreed time as stated on the rental agreement.
The cancellation fees in the event of cancellation of this agreement prior toacceptance or delivery of the vehicle as laid out under ‘CANCELLATION CHARGES’section.
The cost of any damage to the Vehicle or third-party property, subject to theinsurance.
The insurance excess should there be damage involving third party property orthe theft of the Vehicle. This applies in respect of each claim, not hire.
All government fees and duties etc
All parking fines, other fines or penalties and associated administration costsincurred in relation to the Vehicle during the Rental Period.
Any other fees or charges payable by you pursuant to this Agreement. Thisincludes any costs incurred by GO Forth! as a result of any breach by you ofthe terms of this Agreement.
Demurrage; the daily rental rate for the period the Vehicle is off-hire; forexample, for accident repairs.
The cost to recover a Vehicle.
In the case of gross negligence, GO Forth! reserves the right to recover fullcosts in order to return the motorhome to the state in which it was handedover.
All costs will be deducted from your Security Deposit, however we will pursueyou for additional costs incurred where these are not covered by the SecurityDeposit value.
We reserve the right to withhold the return of your Security Deposit where wehave outstanding quotes for any repair work.
Total charges as set out therein are not final. You agree to pay any shortfallin charges to GO Forth! and you will receive a refund for any overchargeacknowledged by GO Forth!.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Hirer will pay GO Forth! a £1000 Security Deposit, payable by banktransfer, credit card or debit card, which is refunded in full, providing thereis no damage to the motorhome. The card should be in a Drivers name and theamount will be debited from the account immediately.
You irrevocably authorise GO Forth! to deduct from the Security Deposit anyamounts due by you to GO Forth! arising out of this Agreement.
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of the vehiclebeing returned, providing there are no outstanding insurance claims or repairworks to be quoted. It will not be refunded on return of the Vehicle.
Should any damages or costs exceed the Security Deposit, the Hirer will beresponsible to settle all additional costs over and above the Security Depositvalue within 7 days of being notified of the cost.
SMOKING
In line with being illegal to smoke in a hire vehicle, we have a very strict nosmoking policy.
If, at the end of your hire, it is discovered that our policy was notrespected, we will retain a valeting fee of £250 from your Security Deposit inorder to ensure that the vehicle is returned to the pre-hire condition it waspresented to you.
TERMINATING THE AGREEMENT
The Hirer acknowledges that GO Forth! may terminate this Agreement andrepossess the Vehicle at any time, without notification, and the Hirer will paythe costs of repossessing the Vehicle, including towing charges if:
You are in breach of any term of this Agreement.
You have obtained the Vehicle through fraud or misrepresentation.
Any statement, representation or warranty made by You in respect to yourself oradditional drivers is incorrect.
The Vehicle appears to be abandoned.
The Vehicle is not returned on the agreed return date or GO Forth! reasonablybelieves that the Vehicle will not be returned on the agreed return date.
GO Forth! considers, on reasonable grounds, that the safety of passengers orthe condition of the Vehicle is in danger.
You understand that in the event of such termination or repossession, you haveno right to a refund of any part of the rental charges or the Security Deposit.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
GO Forth! strongly recommend that all Hirers booking with us purchase aseparate travel insurance policy at time of booking to cover any unforeseenevents as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
USE OF THE VEHICLE
All Vehicles may only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads, apart from officialcampsites and designated camping places.
You agree that during the rental period, you will not and will not allow theVehicle to be:
Driven otherwise than in a cautious, prudent and normal manner.
Used in a manner which could cause damage.
Driven on roads marked unsuitable for motorhomes
Driven in a prohibited area or in an area other than the areas indicated by youto GO Forth!.
Driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a bloodalcohol level in excess of that permitted by law.
Left open whilst the vehicle is unoccupied.
Left with the ignition key in the vehicle while it is unoccupied.
Driven by persons other than those identified in the Rental Agreement.
Damaged by submersion in water or to come into contact with salt water.
Used for any illegal purpose for any race, rally or contest.
Used to tow any vehicle or trailer.
Used to carry passengers or property for hire or reward or other form ofrenumeration.
Used to carry more persons than is permitted by any relevant authority ordetailed in the Vehicle manual or on the Vehicle or specified in thisagreement.
Used to carry goods of an explosive, dangerous or hazardous nature.
Otherwise used in breach of your obligations under this Agreement.
You acknowledge that GO Forth! reserves the right at any time, at its solediscretion, to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse roador weather conditions or any other reasonable cause.
You shall not make any alterations or additions to the Vehicle without theprior written consent of Go Forth!.
You acknowledge that GO Forth! retains title to the Vehicle and its contentsand that you possess the goods as a mere bailee only. You do not have any rightto pledge GO Forth!’s credit in connection with the Vehicle and agree not to doso. You shall not agree, attempt, offer or purport to sell, assign, sublet,lend, pledge, mortgage, let on hire, or otherwise part with or attempt to partwith the personal possession of or otherwise deal with the Vehicle.
